METHODS OF PAYMENT
   

CASH

 Payment is accepted in Thai baht, either cash or check. Please do not send cash with your children or to the School bus monitor.
 
CHECKS Checks must be payable to "Wells International School", and made out to payee ONLY.
        Post-dated checks are not accepted
 
DUE DATE Semester payment is due June 10th or the first semester, and December 10th for the second semester.
 
LATE FEES There is a late fee of 200 baht per calendar day after the due date of any payment.
 
ABSENCE If a student leaves school during the term for any reason, Tuition, material and activity fees must be paid for the period of absence in order to retain his seat.
 
LATE
ENTRANCE 		Students who enroll within the first 22 school days of the semester will pay full tuition. Those enrolling later will pay proportionally less according to school policy.
 
EARLY
WITHDRAWAL		 Tuition is refundable after the Wells Notice of Withdrawal is received. This notice is required fourteen days prior to actual withdrawal. Tuition will be refunded 50% within the first 22 school days. Those withdrawing between 22~ 39 days will be refunded 25%; after 40 days there will be no refund.
The Registration Fee is NOT refundable.
